• The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals during the period) and credited every Monday as real balance — not as a bonus with rollover requirements;

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false information during registration or at any stage of the verification process;

10 Account Closure & Suspension

The user may close their account at the bkbbet4 at any time by contacting support at contato@bkbbet4.net. Upon requesting closure, any available real-money balance will be withdrawn to the registered Pix key, minus any unconverted bonus balances.

A bkbbet4 may suspend or close a user's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity;
• The user's own request through the self-exclusion or responsible gambling tools;
• Identification that the user is under 18 years of age;
• Inactivity for more than 24 months with no transactions.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
